According to Le Parisien, the claimant allegedly worked until two weeks before her premature fourth child's birth and then left her position. During 2021, she purportedly worked long hours for €15 per hour without receiving a payslip, holidays, or paid leave.
The claimant's lawyers condemned Neymar, stating that he exploited her vulnerability to enforce unfair working conditions, violating labor laws. They criticized his alleged inhumanity, citing an incident where the claimant was allegedly asked to leave Neymar's home shortly before her premature childbirth while in pain. They are considering pursuing criminal action in response.
Neymar's representatives informed Le Parisien that they have not been officially notified about the case.
