Telecommunications giant, MTC launched the MTC Maris Cup earlier on the 7 November 2024 at their Headquarters.The MTC Maris Cup will be played by the Debmarine Namibia Premiership teams over a period of one month starting 16 January 2025.
The winner of the competition walks away with N$ 1.5 million.
Excitement is building as the fixtures for the much-anticipated MTC N$1.5 Million Maris Cup have been released. The matches are set to take place on January 16, 25, and 26, 2025, at the Windhoek Independence Sport Stadium.
The tournament promises thrilling encounters between Namibia’s top football teams, as they vie for glory and a share of the lucrative prize pool.

The action continues into February, with the Quarter Finals scheduled for February 1 and 2 at the Oshakati Independence Sport Stadium.
Semi-Finals and Finals
- Semi-Finals: February 15 and 16, 2025, at Mariental Sports Stadium.
- Finals: March 1, 2025, back at the Windhoek Independence Stadium.
