Former Real Madrid manager, José Mourinho, now leading Turkish giants Fenerbahçe in the Süper Lig, has expressed his admiration for Real Madrid’s approach to developing young talents. Mourinho, who managed the Spanish club from 2010 to 2013, praised their ability to identify and nurture future stars.

In a recent interview, Mourinho highlighted how Real Madrid has been proactive in acquiring promising players at a young age.

"The biggest club in the world can only have the best players in the world," Mourinho said.

"Real Madrid are doing a great job, signing Vinicius and Rodrygo when they were young, signing Jude Bellingham and Arda Güler at a young age, and now Endrick."

He was particularly impressed with the club's newest starlet, Arda Güler, a Turkish sensation who has already made waves with his potential and maturity.

"Character is very important to play for Real Madrid, and Arda Güler shows this huge personality. Top quality," Mourinho remarked.

Mourinho also commended Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti, under whom Güler is currently playing.

"Ancelotti is a great coach to learn with. Arda is heading into a fantastic future," he added.

Real Madrid’s strategy of signing and developing young talent has been a cornerstone of their long-term success, and Mourinho’s comments reflect the respect that football elites continue to have for the club’s vision and ambition.
